Whale Pose or Dhanurasana

This pose stretches the chest, shoulders, arms, abdomen, and thighs. It will also help to improve posture.

​

  1. Lie flat on your tummy with your arms alongside your body, palms up.

  2. Bend your knees, flex your feet, take a deep inhale, lift your chest, and look forward.

  3. Then, reach your arms back toward your toes and grab your ankles.

  4. Move around like a big whale and try to hold your legs as long as your kid can.
