Welcome! I’m Uliana Klepinina, and my life’s work is dedicated to helping children grow strong, capable, and healthy through yoga and corrective exercises. With a Master’s degree in Education and over 15 years of experience working with kids, I began my journey as a teacher. My passion for wellness then led me to teaching yoga, starting with the 2015 Sivananda Ashram Yoga certification and formal training at Yogi Beans.
Along the way, I wrote books for children and parents, which have earned the prestigious Mom’s Choice Award. I’ve had the privilege of teaching yoga to more than 10,000 children in schools, preschools, youth centers, and summer camps. In 2023, I took my passion further by becoming a certified children’s posture correction specialist, solidifying my commitment to supporting kids’ health and well-being.
As a lifelong learner, I’m always exploring new ways to help children and parents on their wellness journey, blending yoga, corrective gymnastics, and nutrition to build a holistic foundation for lifelong health. As a mom of two, I’m particularly passionate about creating products and programs for families that nurture healthy habits, strong spines, and feet.
Specializing in restorative yoga, breathing practices, and spinal yoga therapy, I’ve learned that many adult health issues can be prevented by addressing them early in childhood. That’s why my mission is to empower parents to build a solid foundation for their children’s health, bringing the joy of yoga and wellness into your home.
